Brief

I wanted people to reconsider their use of Generative AI.

Using one or more of the words above as a prompt, you are required to research topics/themes (local, national, global) considering how one might be developed into a personal project.

It remains to be zine

The goal was not to stop people using Generative AI, but to rethink their reliance on the technology.

The environmental impact of Generative AI wasn't being widely discussed and I wanted to bring that into focus.

There was a need to be informative while also presenting the work in an engaging format.

Inside the zine

The illustration style, and the format of a zine presenting as a newspaper, was purposefully chosen as a direct contradiction to the topic being discussed.

Poster?

I barely know her...

A poster was designed to go on the reverse of the zine, in a similar style to a Posterzine.
